Jama Connect Webhooks
Jama Connect Webhooks sends event notifications from Jama Connect to a customer-hosted webhook endpoint. Admins configure subscriptions in Jama Connect Interchange by adding an endpoint URL and selecting the events their application should receive.
The delivery flow includes three components:
Jama Connect Interchange manages webhook configuration, endpoint URLs, and subscriptions.
Jama Connect generates events based on activity in the instance.
Jama Connect Webhooks Service verifies the endpoint and delivers subscribed events.
Your application must host a publicly reachable HTTPS endpoint that accepts POST requests with JSON request bodies. After verification, the service sends subscribed events to the endpoint, where your application can validate and process them.
