Cloud backups and data retention
The Cloud instance of Jama Connect Interchange is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Each instance is backed up daily, and backups are retained for seven days.
The backup includes the connection and integration data that you see in your Jama Connect Interchange instance, including connector settings, integration settings, links, and log messages.
The backup does not include the individual item data originating from the linked system (for example: Jama Connect items, Jira issues, Excel templates stored in Jama Connect). Data stored in these systems are subject to each respective system’s backup and data retention policies.
