Refresh Connector data
When you create a new connector for Jama Connect or an integrated system, project configurations such as item types, issue types, and field settings are automatically retrieved and cached in Interchange. This cache is periodically refreshed with new data from each system.
If you change the settings in Jama Connect or the integrated system (for example, add a new field to an item type), you can force a cache refresh so that Interchange gets the latest settings.
In the Jama Connect Interchange header bar, select Connectors.
Locate the connector you want to refresh and, in the Actions column, select the Refresh Connector icon.
The connector is refreshed, and new project configuration data is retrieved.
