Syncing Status fields bidirectionally
Bidirectional syncing of Status fields in Jama Connect and Jira is fully supported, even when workflow rules are enabled on those fields.
Status updates now flow freely between Jama Connect and Jira when each system's workflow rules permit the transition. For example, a Jira item is transitioned from To Do to In Progress only if the Jira workflow rules are configured to allow it.
