Best practices for Jira integrations
For a smooth Jira integration setup, we recommend adhering to the following.
Enable Attachments widget in Jama Connect
For any item type syncing with Jira, enable the Attachments widget in Jama Connect. This ensures that attachments added to items in Jira sync to Jama Connect as intended. To enable the Attachments widget, see Manage item types.
Enable Attachments in Jira Data Center
For Jira Data Center integrations, make sure that attachments are enabled in your Jira Data Center settings. Otherwise, attachments and images don’t sync correctly from Jama Connect.
