Reset a user’s password
If a user loses their password, you can create a new password.
In the Jama Connect Interchange header bar, select the User icon > User admin.
Locate the user in the table.
In the Actions column, select the Edit user icon.
Update these fields:
Password — Enter a new password for the user. The user can update their password after they log in.
The password must include at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 special character and 1 number.
Confirm Password — Enter the password again.
Select Save.
